Refund policy

Reset Era products are digital resources. Because access can be immediate and files can be downloaded, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

If an item was not delivered, the wrong item was provided, or you cannot access your purchase, please email team@the-reset-haus.madethis.app with the email used at checkout and any order details you have. We will review the issue and work toward a fair resolution.

This policy does not limit rights that may apply under local law.
